Mission: The Harrison County Wellness Coalition is a source of advocacy, education, and guidance, to promote community awareness regarding substance abuse, mental health, and other concerns impacting our community. 

Coalition Meetings

Harrison County Wellness Coalition Meetings are open to the public and are currently virtual due to COVID-19. 

Meetings are every 1st Wednesday of the month at 1:00pm. 

There is a hybrid option for meetings. For in-person meetings, please join us at the Harrison Co. library.

The Mental Health and Recovery Board (MHRB) is a public agency organized under Chapter 340 of the Ohio Revised Code and created to establish a unified system of mental health and addiction recovery services for citizens of Belmont, Harrison and Monroe Counties.
